Curious about gentle Chair Yoga/Office Yoga and would like to try it for free? Already practicing seated Yoga but would like a free session close to home? Office Yoga – poses that can be helpful to reduce stress and fatigue at the office. Learn simple techniques that can be used at your desk while working. Chair yoga is a general term for practices that modify yoga poses so that they are done while seated in a chair. These modifications make yoga accessible to people who cannot stand or lack the mobility to move easily from standing to seated to supine positions.
